1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Username and Subdomain Reservations

When you reserve a username or subdomain on Learnerist:

• You are reserving the right to use that username or subdomain when you are granted access to the platform.
• Reservation does not guarantee immediate access to the platform, which is currently in Private Beta and accessible by invitation only.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any username or subdomain that violates our policies, infringes on trademarks, contains inappropriate content, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
• You must be authorized to reserve a subdomain on behalf of an organization if you are doing so.

3. Private Beta and Waiting List

By joining our waiting list:

• You understand that Learnerist is currently in a Private Beta phase with limited access.
• You will be considered for an invitation to the Private Beta, but we do not guarantee when or if you will receive an invitation.
• We may prioritize invitations based on various factors, including but not limited to, when you joined the waiting list, your location, and our capacity.

4. Special Offers and Discounts

For individual users reserving a username:

• You are eligible for a 50% discount on your subscription when Learnerist launches publicly.
• This discount applies to the first year of service after the platform's public launch.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of this offer with notice to waiting list members.

5. Communications

By providing your email address:

• You consent to receive communications from us regarding your reservation, waiting list status, platform updates, and invitations.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, but we may still send you service-related communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by Learnerist and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnerist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
